Train with the MUBC Winter Warriors Ergo based program and build your rowing strength and stamina over the winter period

Intended for Year 9 and 10 athletes,  this structured program will commence Monday, May the 5th and last session is Friday the 4th of July.

In addition to this, there will be a 3 day camp, commencing on Monday the 7th of July through to Wednesday the 9th of July.

Athletes will have the opportunity to meet MUBC Australian representative athletes who will at times assist in the sessions being undertaken. 

Planned session times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 6.00am - 7.15am.  

Program cost is $350 pp and includes MUBC T-Shirt, coaching, camp and club BBQ. Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
