Year 12 Student Engagement

MUBC offers an opportunity for aspiring school based athletes (boys and girls) to continue their rowing journey through a Year 12 student engagement.

Athletes gaining a position in this program are embedded into our Youth Development squads on a limited basis respectful of their existing school programs and commitments. Students participating in this program firstly must consolidate their existing skills and fitness before looking to extend. On experience the athletes participating in this program benefit tremendously from training with stronger and more experienced rowers and the demands of more advanced coaching practices.

Engagement in our Year 12 program is highly recommended for those students looking to apply for International University Rowing programs for 2021 and beyond.
