Staying active with Melbourne University Sport

Dear MUBC,

Given the ongoing implications of COVID-19 and the lock-down of the Boathouse, Melbourne University Sport has developed an online strategy to help the University Community stay active, motivated and connected.

The Melbourne University Sport website now provides a range of online fitness classes and resources available at any time. Whilst these programs are not aimed at high-performance athletes they do deliver a varied and carefully considered program for all of our members to utilise. Maybe get online together with some friends and family and do a class in a group?

The classes range from Yoga, X-Training, Stretch &Tone, Hi Intensity Interval Training, Corepower plus a whole lot more. So keep yourself moving with these great online assets provide by MUS.
